Definitions

When you make a purchase from SpotOn Stage Lighting, you are referred to as the "buyer." Any products or services you purchase are collectively referred to as "goods" and "services."


Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped if payment is declined or not received.
  • If payment is not completed, SpotOn Stage Lighting reserves the right to reclaim the goods.

How to Place an Order

  1. Browse our store and click "Checkout" to complete your purchase.
  2. Existing customers can sign in, while new customers can either create an account or proceed as a guest.
  3. On the final checkout page, you will see your total purchase amount and be prompted to enter billing and payment details.

  • Customer credit card details are not stored in our database after payment processing.

Shipping Policies

  • Buyers agree to pay applicable shipping fees outlined at checkout.
  • SpotOn Stage Lighting is responsible for covering losses or damages incurred during shipping. Reasonable precautions are taken to protect goods against theft, fire, or other hazards.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only before the order is shipped.
  • If a cancellation is requested after the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
