- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only
- If the order has shipped, cancellation will be processed as a return

- Retain all original packaging and labelsReturn Authorization (RA) document with instructions and a reference number
- Always ship the product in a separate outer box to protect the retail packaging

- Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels at this time.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will cover the product price minus the restocking fee and any applicable deductions

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing anything, notify us within 30 days so we can promptly resolve the issue.

The following are final sale and not eligible for refund:
- Clearance items
- Custom-made products (e.g., plug installations, custom gobos, color-specified lighting)
- Items that have been used, are missing original packaging, or are not in resalable condition
