User Rights for SpotOn Stage Lighting
At SpotOn Stage Lighting, we fully comply with U.S. legislation, including the Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement Act and the INFORM Consumers Act. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  1. Order Confirmation:
    After completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with key details, including product information, pricing, billing, and shipping address.

  2. Delivery:
    We aim to deliver within 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday) after processing. Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday at the earliest.
    If your delivery is delayed, contact us and we’ll assist promptly.

  3. Pricing:
    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Prices may be adjusted due to vendor pricing changes or unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Right of Withdrawal:
    You may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or cancellation, contact us at:

  5. Complaints:
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days. We will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, cover the return shipping.

  6. Limitation of Liability:
    SpotOn Stage Lighting is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from product use. We are also not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping interruptions).
