SpotOn Stage Lighting ships exclusively to U.S. addresses via UPS.

Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • All prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • No monthly or introductory fees apply.

🕒 Order Processing & Transit Times

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday) once shipped.

SpotOn Stage Lighting offers secure checkout and accepts:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and more
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Venmo

All payments are encrypted and processed through secure servers. We maintain an active SSL certificate — look for the lock icon in your browser’s address bar during checkout.


📦 Order Status & Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships (please allow up to 48 hours).
  • If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of shipping confirmation, contact us with your full name and order number.

🏠 Address Changes or Errors

  • Once an order is placed, addresses cannot be changed online.
  • Contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@spotonstagelighting.com or 904.800.8624 for changes.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for redelivery fees.

📬 Shipping to Multiple Addresses

To ship to more than one location, place separate orders for each destination.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, you may request a return under our [Return & Refund Policy].

📦 Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, notify us within 30 days of receipt.
